South beach is only 6 miles away, Wynwood 5 miles, Little Havana 4 miles, Kaseya 1 mile.

• Make sure to keep your phone charged at all times during your vacation as you will need in to access the unit during your stay. •Must be 24 years old of age to book. Absolutely no parties, excessively loud or profane music. Violators will be fined for disturbance via forfeit of $500 security deposit. •Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY with sliding door closed. No use or evidence of illegal substances on the property. This will result in $500 security deposit fine. •Although we love dogs, this is not a pet friendly condo. It is not equipped to accommodate any pets and we want to make sure everyone is safe. •Do not re-arrange any of our interior furniture. No glitter, confetti or tacking up decorations to our walls. We understand that you may be celebrating a special occasion, but these items are very hard to clean for ate next guest and may cause damage to our walls and furniture. •All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked at our unit's property. PLEASE LOCK YOUR DOORS. •Any damaged or missing towels will be charged to you at $25 per towel. •Extra Cleaning fees may apply to any unit that is left in unreasonably conditions.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire condo with the exception of one small, locked closet by the entry door. That is the closet for the cleaning crew. You will also have access to the 14th floor where you will find the outdoor heated pools (2) and the hot tub, fitneess center, indoor playground and washer and dryer.

You have one designated parking in the garage (6' 9" entry height. Please note: large vehicles may find it challenging to maneuver), any additional vehicle is at your cost either valet or street parking directly below is available. Nightclubs, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops are all walking distance. Uber is very accessible in this lively city at all times. Metro mover is only walking distance away.
