Wake up in this beachfront studio and enjoy the sound of the waves just steps away. The calmness that the beautiful city of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea offers is truly one of a kind. This is perfect for a couple with a child or up to three guests, with a king-size bed and a twin pullout couch. You’ll also have access to the community pool in the building, and one parking slot (first come, first served). The location is walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shops, pharmacy, and more.

Good to know

You will park in the parking spots in front of the building. It is first come first serve. The unit is with beach view so you will be on the East side of the building. There is also a pool on the East/South side. The unit inside is very spacious and has the basic amenities that will make your stay enjoyable. A fully equipped kitchen that will get you through all your meals and a closet if you need to hang anything.

Other Details to Note

This particular building is very quiet but just a few blocks south you will find lively restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors where you will find families and tourists. A lot of locals also visit this city as it is so family friendly and unique. There is a pier you can also walk to, and it is very well known for snorkeling.

•Absolutely no parties, excessively loud or profane music. Violators will be fined for disturbance via forfeit of $500 security deposit. •Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY with doors closed. No use or evidence of illegal substances on the property. This will result in $500 security deposit fine. •Although we love dogs, this is not a pet friendly unit. It is not equipped to accommodate any pets and we want to make sure everyone is safe. •Do not re-arrange any of our interior furniture. No glitter, confetti or tacking up decorations to our walls. We understand that you may be celebrating a special occasion, but these items are very hard to clean for ate next guest and may cause damage to our walls and furniture. •All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked at our unit's property. PLEASE LOCK YOUR DOORS. •Any damaged or missing towels will be charged to you at $25 per towel. •Extra Cleaning fees may apply to any unit that is left in unreasonably conditions.

You will see many couples, families, group of friends walking with their beach chairs to the water. There are pizzerias, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, all walking distance.

Guest Access

The only private area is the cleaning crew’s storage, which is inside a locked closet. Everything else is accessible to you as a guest. The pool, beach, and grills on the premises are all shared with the community and available for residents and guests to enjoy during their stay.

Great room with ability to cook. Quiet but also easy walk to local restaurants, shops and beach. Nice pool area right on the beach. Very good value just a bit older but a prime spot to get away from the high rise buildings.

Was better than expected. Woke up to beautiful sunrise with all the windows facing the beach. Very nice pool and all the amenities needed. Beach view was great and the beach is raked every day. Loved our stay.

Wonderful vacation for my husband and me. Comfortable studio with everything we needed. What a location! Right on the water and walking distance to restaurants, etc. We appreciated our host’s quick and clear responses if we needed advice.

You have access to one parking spot at the building but you can also take a free shuttle. Shuttle schedule is as follows: Sunday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. We will send you the website with more details upon your booking and upon request.
