•Absolutely no parties, excessively loud or profane music. Violators will be fined for disturbance via forfeit of $500 security deposit. •Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY with doors closed. No use or evidence of illegal substances on the property. This will result in $500 security deposit fine. •Although we love dogs, this is not a pet friendly unit. It is not equipped to accommodate any pets and we want to make sure everyone is safe. •Do not re-arrange any of our interior furniture. No glitter, confetti or tacking up decorations to our walls. We understand that you may be celebrating a special occasion, but these items are very hard to clean for ate next guest and may cause damage to our walls and furniture. •All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked at our unit's property. PLEASE LOCK YOUR DOORS. •Any damaged or missing towels will be charged to you at $25 per towel. •Extra Cleaning fees may apply to any unit that is left in unreasonably conditions. Other notes: - Please make sure to lock your cars. Though we do not have a lot of major crime in Wilton Manors, sometimes kids will check car doors for loose change or forgotten phones. - Please conserve water and electricity during your stay. - No partying or partaking in illegal activity while on the property are allowed. - This is a non-smoking unit. - Please be careful of fires. The unit has 1 smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher right outside - Please notify the host if anything breaks or gets lost during your visit. - NOTE: We only allow ONE CAR to park

Located in the heart of Hollywood Lakes, a charming and quiet neighborhood, you’re just minutes from the beach and the famous Hollywood Broadwalk. You can easily stroll to nearby cafés, shops, or the park. Free parking for 1 vehicle is available. It’s also only 10 minutes to Downtown Hollywood and about 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport.

The place was very clean and conveniently located to the places I needed to get too. Definitely a secure place to retire for the night. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful during my stay at the Vaycaay and the host was always communicating during my stay and that made me and my significant other feel very comfortable. The place was in a great and quiet location. We will definitely be back soon we love it. Thank you, for hosting us had a wonderful time.

Amazing stay! The studio is a 5-minute drive (30–45 min walk) to Wilton Drive in Wilton Manors perfect for LGBTQ+ travelers and very safe and welcoming. Close to Hunters Nightclub, The Eagle Wilton Manors, and Alibi Monkey Bar, plus grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, pharmacies, and the highway. Includes one assigned parking spot and a grassy area out front to sit and enjoy the sun. The studio is small but impressively designed with lots of storage, a full fridge, hot plate, sink, and essentials. Clean bathroom with stand-up shower and fresh towels. The Murphy bed was incredibly comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were provided. Hosts were responsive, neighbors were kind, and we felt completely welcomed. This is now our go-to spot when visiting!

If you need a getaway spot, this is the perfect booking! Quiet, private, hidden location, perfect for relaxing right in plain sight. Felt right at home! Vaycaay Management has been amazing to me these past few weeks!
