Smoking is allowed outside only. Please do not leave behind any cigarette butts. No use or evidence of illegal substances on the property. This will result in $500 security deposit fine. Do not re-arrange any of our interior furniture. No glitter, confetti or tacking up decorations to our walls. We understand that you may be celebrating a special occasion but these items are very hard to clean for the next guest and may cause damage to our walls and furniture. Please remember you are in a mostly residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of anyone that may be staying in the unit next to you and our neighbors who have lived in this area for years. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked at our units property. PLEASE LOCK YOUR DOORS. Any damaged or missing towels will be charged to you at $25 per towel. Extra Cleaning fees may apply to any unit that is left in unreasonably conditions. Breaking any of the rules will be an automatic $500 fee.
