This private unit is an in-law's quarter that is completely unattached from the home. You are fully fenced in giving you full privacy even from the outdoors of your apartment. The owner's do have to use the fence and walkway ONLY until they finish renovating their home and their main door is on back-order. Ask us more details if needed. You do NOT share any spaces here.

•Absolutely no parties, excessively loud or profane music. Violators will be fined for disturbance via forfeit of $500 security deposit. •Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY with doors closed. No use or evidence of illegal substances on the property. This will result in $500 security deposit fine. •Although we love dogs, this is not a pet friendly unit. It is not equipped to accommodate any pets and we want to make sure everyone is safe. •Do not re-arrange any of our interior furniture. No glitter, confetti or tacking up decorations to our walls. We understand that you may be celebrating a special occasion, but these items are very hard to clean for ate next guest and may cause damage to our walls and furniture. •All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked at our unit's property. PLEASE LOCK YOUR DOORS. •Any damaged or missing towels will be charged to you at $25 per towel. •Extra Cleaning fees may apply to any unit that is left in unreasonably conditions. Door: When leaving the unit, please push the door in while pressing the lock button that is on the bottom right.

Host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the stay. Quiet neighbourhood, very walkable and close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Saw some earlier reviews about water temperature for the shower but we had no issues, it was always hot. Only note would be that unless you are a couple, the bed is not suitable for two people (but there is lots of space on the ground!). Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. The place felt brand new and was nicely decorated. Nice to sit outside among beautiful landscaping. Best part is that it is walking distance to all the gay bars and restaurants on Wilton Drive.
