•Absolutely no parties, excessively loud or profane music. Violators will be fined for disturbance via forfeit of $500 security deposit. •Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY with doors closed. No use or evidence of illegal substances on the property. This will result in $500 security deposit fine. •Although we love dogs, this is not a pet friendly unit. It is not equipped to accommodate any pets and we want to make sure everyone is safe. •Do not re-arrange any of our interior furniture. No glitter, confetti or tacking up decorations to our walls. We understand that you may be celebrating a special occasion, but these items are very hard to clean for ate next guest and may cause damage to our walls and furniture. •All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked at our unit's property. PLEASE LOCK YOUR DOORS. •Any damaged or missing towels will be charged to you at $25 per towel. •Extra Cleaning fees may apply to any unit that is left in unreasonably conditions. Smart TV The cottage is equipped with 2 smart TVs with a Roku system. Living Room TV Turn on the TV with the remote control. - You should see a welcome screen. - If you don’t see the welcome screen do the following: - Scroll down with the purple arrow keys to ‘Guest Mode Options’ - Select ‘sign out now’ - Confirm ‘sign out now’ - System will restart and you can continue to step 3 - Click on ‘Get Started’ with the purple OK button on the remote. - Select the day you are departing from the calendar (navigating with the purple arrow buttons). - When the correct date is selected, go back down and highlight “Sign out: (and the date) and click ok. - Click “Start Streaming!” At this point you can download your streaming channels and log into them or select ‘Antenna’ to view local channels. Bedroom TV Note: - This TV uses 2 remote controls: - Use the larger DYNEX remote control only to turn TV on and off and adjust the volume - The smaller roku control can not be used in the living room. - This TV does not have local channels (you can not use the Antenna option. - Please watch your head when entering and exiting the closet. - Turn on the TV with the Large DYNEX the remote control. Use this remote for volume. - You should see a welcome screen. Though we do not have a lot of major crime in Wilton Manors, sometimes kids will check car doors for loose change or forgotten phones. - Please conserve water and electricity during your stay. - No partying or partaking in illegal activity while on the property are allowed. - This is a non smoking unit. - Please be careful of fires. The unit has 3 smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. - Please notify the host if anything breaks or gets lost during your visit. -please don’t download any illegal movies or shows
