•Absolutely no parties, excessively loud or profane music. Violators will be fined for disturbance via forfeit of $500 security deposit. •Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY with doors closed. No use or evidence of illegal substances on the property. This will result in $500 security deposit fine. •Although we love dogs, this is not a pet friendly unit. It is not equipped to accommodate any pets and we want to make sure everyone is safe. •Do not re-arrange any of our interior furniture. No glitter, confetti or tacking up decorations to our walls. We understand that you may be celebrating a special occasion, but these items are very hard to clean for ate next guest and may cause damage to our walls and furniture. •All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked at our unit's property. PLEASE LOCK YOUR DOORS. •Any damaged or missing towels will be charged to you at $25 per towel. •Extra Cleaning fees may apply to any unit that is left in unreasonably conditions.

This is in a residential area where you will notice a lot of people walking their dogs. It is just 2-3 blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, coffee shops. It is secluded enough to have a private and peaceful space while still stepping out to everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay here! The space looked just like the photos—clean, comfortable, and the perfect size. It was easy to get to and from, and overall had a really homey feel. The only issue I ran into was with the shower temperature. It was a bit tricky to manage and would swing between very hot and freezing, so most days I ended up showering in really hot water. I’d also recommend adding a small kettle—it would be a nice, convenient touch for guests. If those things get sorted out, this place would be pretty much perfect. I would happily stay again.

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants and water activities but still felt quiet and relaxing. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

You will have your own parking space for one vehicle. The closest restaurants are a short drive away. Uber is also very accessible in this area.
