Wake up in this ocean view apartment located on the second floor. The calmness this beautiful city of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea brings is one of a kind. This apartment is perfect for 3 people as it has one king size bed & a full size pullout couch. Feel free to use the grills throughout the building and the pool on-site. Parking is included for one vehicle, note it first comes first serve. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, pharmacy & more.

Good to know

You will park in the parking spots in front of the building. It is first come first serve. The unit is with beach view so you will be on the East side of the building. There is also a pool on the East/South side. The unit inside is very spacious and has the basic amenities that will make your stay enjoyable. A fully equipped kitchen that will get you through all your meals and a closet if you need to hang anything.

Other Details to Note

This particular building is very quiet but just a few blocks south you will find lively restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors where you will find families and tourists. A lot of locals also visit this city as it is so family friendly and unique. There is a pier you can also walk to, and it is very well known for snorkeling.

•Absolutely no parties, excessively loud or profane music. Violators will be fined for disturbance via forfeit of $500 security deposit. •Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY with doors closed. No use or evidence of illegal substances on the property. This will result in $500 security deposit fine. •Although we love dogs, this is not a pet friendly unit. It is not equipped to accommodate any pets and we want to make sure everyone is safe. •Do not re-arrange any of our interior furniture. No glitter, confetti or tacking up decorations to our walls. We understand that you may be celebrating a special occasion, but these items are very hard to clean for ate next guest and may cause damage to our walls and furniture. •All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked at our unit's property. PLEASE LOCK YOUR DOORS. •Any damaged or missing towels will be charged to you at $25 per towel. •Extra Cleaning fees may apply to any unit that is left in unreasonably conditions.

You will see many couples, families, group of friends walking with their beach chairs to the water. There are pizzerias, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, all walking distance.

Guest Access

The single item that is private will be the cleaning crew storage that is inside the closet with a lock. Everything else is accessible for you as a guest. The pool, beach, grills on premises and the hammock that is right outside your unit, on the sand. These are all shared with the community as they are on-site for those residing at the time.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with a great view! Awesome being able to walk up right to the beach from your door. And all the restaurants, etc are very close walking distance. And a grocery store just down the street (walkable) for convenience. Room/apt was clean and just what we needed. Highly recommended.

We had a great weekend! The bed/pillows were very cozy and the condo was great (corner overlooking the ocean, top unit). Perfect location to walk to Publix or tons of restaurants/shops!

Great location! Having a pool was a bonus since our toddler didn’t want to go to the beach everyday. It was in a quieter part of town which we loved. Short walk to restaurant etc. Would love to stay again!

You have access to one parking spot at the building but you can also take a free shuttle. Shuttle schedule is as follows: Sunday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. We will send you the website with more details upon your booking.
