•Must be 24 years old of age to book. Absolutely no parties, excessively loud or profane music. Violators will be fined for disturbance via forfeit of $500 security deposit. •Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY with front door closed. No use or evidence of illegal substances on the property. This will result in $500 security deposit fine. •Although we love dogs, this is not a pet friendly studio. It is not equipped to accommodate any pets and we want to make sure everyone is safe. •Do not re-arrange any of our interior furniture. No glitter, confetti or tacking up decorations to our walls. We understand that you may be celebrating a special occasion, but these items are very hard to clean for our next guest and may cause damage to our walls and furniture. •All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked at our unit's property. PLEASE LOCK YOUR DOORS. •Any damaged or missing towels will be charged to you at $25 per towel. •Extra Cleaning fees may apply to any unit that is left in unreasonably conditions

Fue una excelente anfitriona. Desde el primer momento demostró ser muy atenta, cordial y siempre dispuesta a colaborar en lo que fuera necesario. El alojamiento cumplió completamente con lo ofrecido: limpio, organizado y en muy buenas condiciones. La comunicación fue fluida y oportuna, lo cual facilitó toda la estadía.
